About Stephanie

Stephanie Ebreo is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) who creates a safe and grounded space for clients navigating trauma, burnout, and identity struggles, especially those at a crossroads in their careers, relationships, or sense of self.

Her approach is warm, intuitive, and collaborative. She helps clients slow down, tune into their internal world, and gently unravel the patterns that no longer serve them. Stephanie works from a trauma-informed, anti-oppressive lens and honours the complexity of each person’s lived experience.
