About Me
Hi, I’m Sarah, a registered social worker and trauma therapist who founded Asentriarc. For over eight years, I’ve been honoured to support people through some of their most tender, complex, and transformational life chapters.
My approach is deeply trauma-informed, rooted in nervous system science, relational healing, and a strong belief that everyone deserves to feel safe enough to be themselves. I don’t believe in fixing people; I believe in helping them remember who they are and what hurt them.
Asentriarc is more than a practice; it’s a movement—a matriarchal space for healing, holding, and rising. I created it to challenge outdated clinical models and bring more warmth, attunement, and realness into the world of mental wellness.
My Approach
Trauma-informed and anti-oppressive
Guided by nervous system regulation and attachment theory
Emotionally attuned, relational, and non-judgmental
Grounded in authenticity, humour, and compassion
Ideal for folks navigating trauma, identity, burnout, and relationship challenges

A Note From Me
"Healing doesn’t mean becoming someone new. It means becoming more of yourself than you’ve ever been allowed to be. I’m here to help you feel safe enough to do that."
