About Denys
Denys is a trauma-informed Traditional Chinese Medicine practitioner and movement facilitator, passionate about making holistic healing accessible, no matter where you are. Drawing on her expertise in breathwork, meditation, restorative yoga, and Chinese medicine nutrition, Denys creates virtual spaces where clients can slow down, reconnect with their bodies, and nurture deep transformation.
Rooted in her family legacy of healing, her last name, “gamutín,” means “to heal” in Tagalog. Denys is dedicated to holding safe, inclusive spaces for all. Her approach blends ancient wisdom with a modern understanding of trauma and nervous system care.
