About Laura
Laura Williams is a seasoned Registered Social Worker with over two decades of experience walking alongside individuals and couples through life’s most complex and tender moments. With a Master’s in Clinical Social Work from the University of Calgary, she offers a warm, deeply attuned presence rooted in trauma-informed care and collaborative partnership.
Laura supports clients navigating trauma, attachment wounds, family dynamics, domestic violence, addictions, parenting challenges, and emotional overwhelm. She brings expertise in helping clients regulate difficult emotions, strengthen relationships, and reconnect to their inner clarity.
